Another Paperhammer post

I recently made a scale Space marine drop-pod. Its nearly exactly the same size as the GW drop-pod, but it's free and relatively easy to make. HERE is page 1 of the templates, and HERE is page two. Print page 1 of 5 times, and page two of once. The templates are very easy to follow, but if you have any questions about them, email me at jchandler1995@gmail.com. On the right is a pic of some of the parts put together, and on the right is the nearly finished drop-pod, ATM it's missing the top tubine, but ill attach that soon.

Paperhammer 40k

At the moment I'm working on giant, titan sized dreadnought made from printout templates I found somewere on the internet. I've found making Warhammer vehicles out of thin card a very fun, cheap and rewarding way of adding to your army. So far, I've only made the two arms for the dreadnought, and im about to start on the body. If you want to build some of your own vehicles, i advise checking out "bwc archive" on yahoo. THIS thread also has some good links to a couple of template. On the left is the close combat weapon with unattached flamer, and on the right is the unfinished Auto-cannon

Troll of Isenguard

I recently got this Isenguard troll at Games-Workshop for only 22 bucks. My local games-workshop is moving stores, so they had to clean out all there old models in an auction. This model isn't in production anymore, so i just wanted toshow what the old isenguard troll used to look like for all those new to the hobby.

The metal was painted in the normal way you would paint metal, and had around 11 washes applied to it to get the battered look. I was testing out the new GW washes on him and found them surprisingly good.
